Florida USAG Level 4 State Championships - USA Gymnastics Sanctioned Event

Entry Deadline:	November 11th, 2009 - Wednesday - 3 weeks prior to competition (for all athletes). Qualification may continue another week. Only those athletes who have entered and paid by the above deadline may continue qualification.
Girl's Entry Fee:	$60.00 State Championship Qualification 30.00 All Around Coaches must notify Meet Coordinator on Monday November 23 if a State entered athlete has qualified or not qualified. Failure to do so forfeits the entry fee. USA Gymnastics Policy: A late fee of $25.00 exists after entry deadline. NO ENTRY ACCEPTED AFTER NOVEMBER 24TH Injury Refund Deadline: November 24, 2009 *For injured athletes: First notification must be made by this date via email or fax to the Event Coordinator, Sharyn Strickland. In order to receive an entry refund, a medical report and club letter must be received in writing.
Team's Entry Fee:	$50.00
Team Format:	3 scores count.

Individual Awards:

Each session. Athletes will be divided by birthdate into awards groups.

Team Awards:

Small and large team divisions will be determined after entry deadline. 50% + 1 awarded at completion of competition.
