About USA Competitions

USA Competitions is a full time events production company, dedicated to producing first class gymnastics competitions. The creation of USA Competitions is a direct result of attending hundreds of competitions, both good and not so good. We felt it was time that someone put the participants, the athletes, coaches and parents- first. USAC President Randall Sikora is the owner of two of Florida's largest gymnastics schools - Boca Twisters Gymnastics and American Twisters. Our staff understands the recipe for a great competition, with over 100 years' experience organizing, promoting, managing and running quality competitions.

Randall Sikora

Founder/Owner of USA Competitions.

Owner of Boca Twisters Gymnastics (15 years) and American Twisters (since October 2006).

Member of the USAG Florida State Board of Directors.

Successfully bid & hosted numerous State & Regional Championship events, countless national invitational events, as well as the 2006 Region Eight Congress.

Member of the 3rd Level Consulting and Business Brokerage Team.  Florida Gold Coast AAU Gymnastics Chair & Executive Committee member.

Sharyn Strickland

Director of Operations for USA Competitions.

Women's gymnastics judge for 27 years - holds a National Rating.

NAWGJ Florida Board member for 14 years, serving as South Florida Assignor.

Clinician at the 2006 Region 8 Congress, 2007 Level 8/9 Regional Training Camp, 2008 Florida State Clinic, and at numerous Judges "Brush Up" clinics in Florida.

Clayton Kent

VP, Operations for American Twisters Gymnastics and Twister Gymnastics of Boca

Event announcer and staff coordinator for all USAC events

Former NCAA and Elite gymnast from the University of Massachusetts

One of 8 finalists for the 2002 Nissen Emery Award

Lindsay Gallego
Director of Corporate Sponsorship and Advertising for Twisters and USA Competitions.

Won numerous state, regional, and national titles as a level 10 gymnast

Full-scholarship athlete at Louisiana State University (2000-2004)

BA in Psychology (LSU), MBA and Master's Degree in Sports Business Management (Univ. Central Florida)

Gary Anderson
Competition Floor Manager for all USAC events.

Head coach of the competitive teams at Twister Gymnastics

Served on the USA Gymnastics Board of Directors since 1995.

Currently holds the positions of Secretary and Pre Elite Committee Chairman.

Been a speaker at over 60 State, Regional and National Congresses, Business Seminars and camps.

For the past ten years -assisted in organizing and running all Pre Elite, National TOPS Testing and Training Camps for USAG

Gary is the recipient of the 2006 USA Gymnastics Service Award and 2007 Shirley Marshak Award for outstanding longtime contributions to the Elite and Tops programs.

Kevin Griffin

Equipment and computer scoring manager for all USAC events.

Vice-President of Operations for Lightning City Gymnastics
of Tampa, Florida.

Oversees incoming and outgoing equipment shipping
and trucking, and competition setup.

In charge of meet directing and scoring at over 35 events per year. 

Worked on the competition floor for AAI Equipment at the last 3 VISA USA Championships and worked at the 2008 Olympic trials.
